Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and C4K4 LLP, a Texas limited liability partnership, for your use of Puzzle4We, including the web beta, future mobile app, websites, and related services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Puzzle4We. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Puzzle4We only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Account and Guest Play
You can play as a guest without creating an account. Optional Sign in with Apple may be offered so you can keep progress across devices. You are responsible for activity that happens through your guest session or account.
Shared Rooms
Puzzle4We lets people share puzzle rooms by code or through matchmaking. Treat other players with basic respect. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit bugs, interfere with rooms, or use Puzzle4We for illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
Moderation
We may remove players from rooms, restrict access, delete content, or suspend accounts when we believe it is needed to protect players, operate the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law. We may also change, pause, or end beta features at any time.
Ownership
Puzzle4We, including its software, design, artwork, puzzles, names, and branding, belongs to C4K4 LLP or its licensors. These terms let you use the service for personal entertainment. They do not transfer ownership or allow copying, resale, reverse engineering, or commercial use unless we agree in writing.
Feedback
If you send ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Puzzle4We without owing you payment or credit.
No Warranties
Puzzle4We is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device. Beta features may break, change, or lose progress.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, C4K4 LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to Puzzle4We will not exceed the amount you paid us for Puzzle4We in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing.
Texas Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Texas will have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
Changes
We may update these terms as Puzzle4We changes. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through the service or website. Continuing to use Puzzle4We after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
