This policy explains how C4K4 LLP collects and uses information for Puzzle4We, including the web beta, future mobile app, websites, and related services.
Information We Collect
For guest play, we create or store a device or browser identifier so the service can recognize your session. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive the Apple identifier Apple provides for Puzzle4We and, depending on your Apple settings, an email relay address or email address.
We collect gameplay events needed to run the service, such as selected puzzles, piece moves, room membership, room codes, progress, reports, and moderation information. We also collect crash logs, performance data, server logs, device type, browser type, app version, IP address, and timestamps to keep the service reliable and secure.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers for ad tracking. Puzzle4We does not show ads and does not sell personal information.
How We Use Information
We use information to create guest sessions, support optional sign-in, run solo and shared rooms, save progress, detect errors, improve performance, respond to support requests, investigate reports, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, accounting, or dispute reasons. Beta data may be reset as the service changes. If you ask us to delete data connected to you, we will delete or de-identify it unless we need to keep limited information for legitimate legal, safety, or operational reasons.
Third Parties
Puzzle4We is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple handles your Apple account authentication and sends us the identifier and optional email information described above. We may add service providers for crash reporting, analytics, or customer support later; if we do, they will be used to operate Puzzle4We, not for ad tracking.
Children
Puzzle4We is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you by emailing support@puzzle4we.com. We may need information from you to verify the request, such as the email used with Sign in with Apple, a guest player id, or details that help us find the relevant records.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Please do not share room codes publicly if you want a private table.
Changes
We may update this policy as Puzzle4We changes. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through the service or website.
