Practical answers before you sit down.
Is it free?
Yes. The web beta is free while we test the feel, the picture library, and shared rooms. The iPhone app will be a one-time purchase with no ads, subscriptions, or coins.
What devices work?
The beta runs in modern desktop and mobile browsers. Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox are the main targets. The iPhone app is coming later.
How do I play with a friend?
Start a table, choose the friend option, and send them the six-letter room code. When they enter the code, you share the same puzzle table live.
Can I play with strangers?
Yes, matchmaking is part of the plan. During beta we may limit or adjust stranger rooms while moderation and reporting tools settle in.
Is there chat?
Pings and emotes come first. Text chat is coming later and will be off by default with strangers.
Where do the pictures come from?
The launch boards are curated by the Puzzle4We team. We choose pictures that hold up as puzzles, with useful color, texture, and detail.
Can I upload my own pictures?
Not yet. User uploads are a possible future feature, but they are not part of the first beta.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest play works without an account. Sign in with Apple is optional and is for keeping progress across devices.
How do I report someone?
Email support@puzzle4we.com with the room code, approximate time, and what happened. Screenshots help when you have them.
How do I delete my data?
Email support@puzzle4we.com from the address connected to your Apple sign-in, or include your guest player id if you have it. We will help identify and delete the data we can connect to you.
